This is the mouse I've had for the last ten years or so, and I have found it quite usable for gaming: everything from NWN (a spin of the trackball to swivel) to Mass Effect (my current addiction), Civ4, WoW, etc. Not so great for Flight Simulator, but I bought a joystick for that. And it looks like one of those nerve ending scaled models of a particular bit of the female anatomy, which I personally find hilarious.
